Yeah I noticed the theme as well....and the latest I wrote today has some element of the theme as well....I'll try to get it typed up tonight, or tomorrow.

From Windswept Desert Sands We Cry
From windswept desert sands we cry,
The dead upon dead who marched to die,
The brothers forged, hearts beating fire,
A gunshot symphony a dismal choir;
Or from the forests dark and deep
Where ghostly soldiers trudge their sleep,
The tanks echoes still ring clear,
Their dark chorus a veil of fear;
Some found faith in the trench,
Some lost it amidst the stench
Of death and suphur, blood and bone,
Fighting and dreaming of making it home;
They spilled bloody tears in the mud and sand,
Fought for freedom in foreign lands,,
Now the flowers mark the brave,
Solemn stones soldier on by the grave.
